Also a high school talent, I learned to write and learned to become fairly skilled at the graphic arts. My life has been influenced by food so much. Maiden voyage.

So the purpose of this blog is to get in touch with my culinary skills.
I've made a deal with myself and those closest around me, I am going to create dishes, and follow recipes for not only myself to enjoy but for others. The posts to follow will encompass my trials and tribulations, tips I learn along the way, my best dishes and my total failures. It might be a great achievment for myself, or it might end in complete disaster.
